    An $850 flat fee conversation, separate from the retainer. We map workload drivers and place you inside the right price band before anything ongoing begins.

Institution size sets the price band. Discovery determines where you land inside it, based on product complexity, change velocity, channels, and integrations, not AUM alone.

Tier 1 Under $500M $3,500 to $5,500 per month
Most common Tier 2 $500M to $2B $5,500 to $8,000 per month
Tier 3 $2B and above $8,000 to $12,000 per month
